Inside the property, you will find various terrace where you can relax, under the shade of trees. The mill is surrounded by marked trails, where Tuscany hills and medieval village can be discovered by feet or mountain bike.
Available to the guest, a large parking at the door of the mill, accessible through an electric gate. Wi-Fi is available inside and outside the propriety (on the swimming pool area). Notice that they are no mobile network, welcome to nature!

In 10 minutes by foot you will find the center of the pretty village of Colle di Buggiano, where there is a typical and excellent restaurant and a pub full of particular and refined products.
You can reach easily many other restaurants and bars.
A few minutes away, just down the hill, there are 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, a butcher, an excellent quality ice cream shop and a wine shop where you can enjoy wine tastings.
